• 25 Hours – Teaching Methodology Learn to develop your unique teaching voice, assist, observe, correct, and structure a class with confidence and clarity.
• No Prerequisites Required- Open to all — no prior yoga certification or experience is needed to join this training.
• Suitable for All Levels- Designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners looking to deepen their knowledge.
• Basic English knowledge is required
• 100 Hours – Techniques & Practice- Daily training in asanas, pranayama, kriyas, meditation, and mantra — with hands-on teaching and guided practice.
• 20 Hours – Subtle Anatomy & Physiology- Explore chakras, nadis, koshas, doshas, and their practical application in yogic healing and balance.
• 30 Hours – Yoga Philosophy & History- Dive into yoga’s roots with teachings from the Bhagavad Gita, Yoga Sutras, and essential yogic wisdom.
• 10 Hours – Practicum- Gain real teaching experience, assist peers, join group discussions, and receive valuable feedback from instructors.
