Daily Class Schedule:
7:45 am – 9:15 am: Hatha Yoga Asana Class
– Start your day with a rejuvenating Hatha Yoga class, exploring foundational asanas (poses) and alignment principles. This dynamic session will help you deepen your practice and enhance your understanding of proper alignment.
9:15 am – 10:00 am: Breakfast
– Nourish your body with a wholesome and delicious breakfast provided at the center.
10:00 am – 11:00 am: Meditation Class
– Immerse yourself in the practice of meditation, cultivating mindfulness and inner stillness. Learn various techniques to calm the mind, deepen your focus, and experience the profound benefits of meditation.
11:15 am – 12:15 pm: Yoga Philosophy

5:30 pm – 6:30 pm: Evening Yoga Practice (Yin/Restorative)

7:30 pm: Dinner
